Terms of Purchase
Hi, Wendy here, I am so excited that you are planning to purchase my course, Abundantly You. Before you buy the course there a few things you need to know about what you are purchasing, what you can expect and the support you will get from me. Please read the terms below and if you have any questions once you’ve finished please do not hesitate to get in touch and I would be happy to chat further.

The terms and conditions set out below apply to your purchase of the live course, Abundantly You offered by The Completion Coach. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which I provide services to you, as purchaser of Abundantly You. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to I am bound to and which cannot be waived.
Course Outline
Abundantly You is a 10-day course in which you will learn all about abundance and determining what abundance means and looks like to you, allowing you to get into flow with your own abundance frequency and supply.
Course Specifics
Following the successful purchase of the course you will receive access to a private log in area where each week you will have access to the first pre-recorded session, worksheet, meditations and tapping video. Subsequent sessions and supporting worksheets will be drip-fed and made available on the website each day for the next 9 days. You then have access to the log in for a minimum of 12 months to re-use the content as many times as you wish.
You will then have the opportunity to work through the course material in your own time.
Please be mindful that it is not possible to provide any guarantees or that you will experience any specific results as change is so personal. One persons win is not another’s. Failure to complete the material will limit your ability to benefit from the information provided and will significantly limit any results. The course is not bespoke and includes general advice, should you feel that you need additional support, such as 1-2-1 support, that can be purchased separately. As with any course, it is not intended to replace therapy or one to one guidance.
Please be aware that the course is delivered entirely in English and no translations are provided for videos or text.
Payment Terms
The cost of the programme is £159 including VAT until 11.59pm on 30th June 2021, after which time it is £199. This is a one-off payment. All purchases are final. (Please see below for details about refunds).
Support
The aim for this course is that you should be able to access the course material with ease. Should you require any technical support in respect of your PDF download or accessing the pre-recorded videos then I happy to help you to get up and running. Please email [email protected] and you will receive a reply between Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm. I aim to respond to you within 1 day if you email during those hours.
Once you have finished going through the course material you may wish to work with me further. I am a life coach and if you would be interested in hearing how we can work together further then get in touch by email. Please be aware that additional charges will apply to any one to one coaching provided.

Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy and protection of your personal data is important to me. I will keep your personal data confidential and will never share it with unconnected third parties. Your payment information will be processed by a secure third-party processor. I will be provided with your email address and name but never be provided with your financial information.

Refunds and Cancellation
As you are purchasing digital content which includes data which is produced and supplied in digital form you are only entitled to a refund in limited circumstances. In purchasing the course you are waiving your rights to a refund unless the statutory circumstances for refunds are met.
Should you consider that the digital download is faulty for any reason then please confirm so immediately and a further copy will be provided. Should you have any concerns or questions please contact me on [email protected]
I am offering that if you decide after the first session (within 24 hours of the live) that the course is not what you were expecting then I would cancel your course access and a refund of £100 would be available. After that time period no refunds are possible at any time.
Intellectual Property
You will be provided with course materials. At all times, even following purchase, the intellectual property rights and copyright connected with those materials remain owned by The Completion Coach, Wendy O’Beirne. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools but you are not permitted to duplicate, imitate or provide copies to third parties whether for free or as part of a sale.
Feedback and Complaints
If you have any feedback about the course please do share it with me. It is always great to receive words of praise and also helpful to get constructive comments. I really hope that you love this course as much as I do but if you would like to make a complaint this should be made to made in writing to [email protected]
General
I intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions in respect of the course delivered to you. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.
If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of your purchase of the course.
Abundantly You - Course Outline
This coaching workshop is a 10-day online group programme which provides support on education on mindset.
The course will be led exclusively by Wendy O’Beirne, accredited Life Coach.
Coaching sessions will be drip-fed daily for 10 days. Unless there are unforeseen circumstances, the coaching sessions will be made available at the same time throughout the 10-day period.
Self-Study
In addition to the coaching sessions there were will be course material (worksheets) provided for self-study. The materials will be provided to you in the log in area for Abundantly You together with all replays and bonus material (meditation and tapping video). For best results it is important that you complete the self-study materials.
General
It is the intention that Abundantly You will run for 10-days consecutively. Should an unforeseen reason arise which causes a session recording to be postponed it will be added to the end of the programme.
